All-Season Winnipeg Beach Cottage Retreat

Welcome to our cozy all-season cottage in Winnipeg Beach - just one block from the beach and marina. Enjoy the lakeside community while staying at our stylishly-finished three bedroom, one bathroom retreat, featuring a wood-burning stove, streaming-only smart TV, in-ceiling speakers, high-speed Internet, fully-stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom with heated tile floors, large walk-in shower, and washer and dryer. The backyard has a gazebo with sectional and the front has a large deck with BBQ.

This cozy home features a central town location. One block off Centre St. & a short walk to the beach, restaurants, pubs, shopping, parks & more. A perfect base for exploring the area, regardless of season. This house is situated on the corner of a snowmobile road to the lake as well as the vehicle access point for the lake in winter months. House features a well treed, fully fenced, large side yard with a fire pit, screened in gazebo, and another outdoor seating space on a deck with a bbq.

The Hobbit House (Hot Tub)

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.
