Beautifully quiet 1 bed studio flat nestled in the village of Alphington. Close to centre & all good city links A38, M5, Marsh Barton Train station 10 minutes walk. The flat is located in a converted detached garage. There are beautiful walks near by. Quayside is approx 10 minutes. The flat is self contained. Bathroom & kitchen has all necessities. Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

Situate in the heart of Devon, the flat has a kitchenette, combined living and sleeping area and a separate toilet and shower. It is tucked away in a little lane, on a ground floor of a small Victorian cottage. Left of the shared hallway, it opens into a spacious, light and warm hideaway with fully fitted open plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a lovely, private patio garden. This is a friendly, safe house and you can bring a well behaved dog with you.

All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

My place is a self-catering cottage, ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Also, great for walkers and cyclists and for visiting Exeter, the lovely Exe Estuary and the South Devon coast. A great village location with friendly pub 50 yards away, with easy access to the A38/A380. The cottage ideally suited to 2 or 3 people. Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.

Please note that there are steps into the cottage and we have a traditional Devon staircase so property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues .
