The guest cottage is "attached" to the back side of the 1880's farm house and shares an acre of land. The property is located In the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, in the small town of Broadway. It is just a short drive from all the valley has to offer: hiking, Civil War battlefields, wineries, breweries, cavern tours, skiing, golfing, Shenandoah National Park, James Madison University, antique shopping, and Mennonite markets. You must be 25 or older to rent. There is a two night minimum stay.

Finn's Frolic is our charming, new country tiny home. Less than 2 hours DC, Charlottesville. Beautiful farm, mountain views, deck, fire pit, charcoal grill, much more. Landscaping is in the works ! Kitchen is fully equipped, vintage & new dinner wear. Living room has an electric fireplace, huge picture window, comfy love seat. The bedroom is up traditional stairs: loft bedroom, 7 foot sloped ceiling. Great place to relax, base for visits to local wineries, attractions! Perfectly imperfect!

Enjoy our secluded 1850s solid brick farmhouse. Completely renovated with modern conveniences, including central AC & Starlink internet. Five miles from the Shenandoah National Park and Luray Caverns. Short walk to Lake Arrowhead. We also own the downtown cafe, Broad Porch Coffee, so are local and can help if you ever need anything. Located within minutes of everything, we are also close to Civil War museums/Historic sites, natural caverns and caves, etc. I may even bake for you, if you’re lucky!!
