There is an outdoor smoking area.The park at the lake which has free electric bbq's and the beach are only a 5 minute walk from your front door. Please read all conditions before booking. Studio on Park is an architecturally-designed, custom-built studio situated perfectly between the Illawarra escarpment and Southern coastline. Stay with us and explore the stunning South Coast from this private oasis. We accommodate up to 4 adult guests - 1 x queen bed and 1 x pull out sofa bed in the living area. The studio strictly does not accept pets or children under the age of 8. Babies who are not yet walking are welcome. This is due to the delicate nature and design of the studio.

Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

In our view we are in a fantastic location just a 5 minute drive to Shellharbour Harbour, Shell Cove, Stockland Shellharbour shopping, short drive Wollongong, Kiama, local wineries, Illawarra fly on the Southern Highlands. (Could have 1 child under 2 in a travel cot, high chair can be provided upon request).

Stunning beaches, Shellharbour village, Bass Point Reserve, Killalea State Park, shopping and cafes are all within easy reach of the property.
