Fully kitted with an inverter and solar panels, as well as 3 x 5,000 litre jojo tanks filled with council water, you will never be without electricity or water. We have a beautiful swimming pool with sea views for days. Ramsgate main blue flag beach & Waffle House are just a 1km walk, taking the stone steps at the end of our street. Nestled in the picturesque and tranquil village of Umzumbe, this self-catering apartment with amazing sea views is only 150 metres from the warm Indian Ocean. Consisting of a main bedroom en-suite, a second bedroom and separate bathroom, and open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, the accommodation is well appointed with all cooking and eating utensils. Please note that the closest shops and restauranants are 5km from Umzumbe.

Restaurants include Lake Eland, Leopard rock, The Gorge Hotel and Spa and The Gorgez View, among many others. Beautiful scenery and farm to go walking, running, cycling, and fishing.
