The pool is yours to use (not shared) with direct access to Jones Beach. No more than 2 medium sized dogs please. Please note unit is lower floor of house.

Designed by an award winning photographer this north facing home is full of natural light and can be opened at each end by huge sliding and bi-fold doors that ensure fresh air flow throughout.
