Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

Ideal as base a for exploring the local area or a stopover en-route to & from the north. Dogs welcome with enclosed garden and walks from the doorstep. Tucked away in the peaceful hamlet of Reagill near Shap, Sycamore Barn is the perfect base for exploring the Lake District, Eden Valley and Yorkshire Dales. Set beside a working dairy farm, you’ll often see cows, sheep and the farmer’s horses grazing in the surrounding fields, along with resident bunnies and, if you’re lucky, even a red squirrel. After a day exploring, relax by the log burner and enjoy the peace and quiet. A peaceful base for adventure or simply switching off.

This cozy yet spacious bed-sit comfortably sleeps two people and is perfect for a short get away to enjoy the quieter side of the English Lake district, the Westmorland Dales or the Eden Valley. Recently refurbished first floor serviced apartment comprising of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed. Full kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is accessed by a flight of stairs. A baby gate is provided which can be used to limit access to areas of the apartment, but guests with small children should consider this when booking. Situated on the coast to coast route, Shap has many amenities and is a fantastic base to explore the lakes.

Situated on the edge of Hartsop, a tiny and tranquil hamlet at the foot of Kirkstone Pass, Green Bank is a simple rural getaway most suited to those who want to be out in the fells all day. There are many stunning walks - low and high level - from the garden gate, and books and maps are provided to help you plan your days.
