We provide a seasonal (5/15-9/15) weekend dinner shuttle to/ from Callicoon (12min) & weekend happy hour round of drinks on our patio. We can arrange local activities & reservations. Rocky Ledges

Our house was a historic cottage, built in the 1880s. We built a new house around the cottage. We are Artists and our guest bedrooms are in a sense galleries. Guests have the entire second floor, 2 bedrooms, perfect for couples who are traveling together & families with teenagers. The back is the private entrance to the stairs. We live on a quiet and pleasant dead end street. The views of the Catskills & gardens are awesome. Located near Hunter Mountain Festivals, Woodstock & Katterskill Falls.

Welcome to ,,One Charming Suite” A second floor private entrance invites you to a cozy, clean and comfortable queen sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Scandinavian Designed Dutchess County Room

This room is located on the lower level walk out of my home and private bathroom. This is 1 of 3 rooms I offer. I live and work from my home. I have 2 goldens , Louisa 7, Greta is 3. No kitchen access. However, a 3 course Nordic breakfast is served at 9am with your stay. The home has multiple spaces both in and out for use. Please bring slippers or socks to wear inside my home. Highly recommend a car. Uber is expensive. Please check in prior to 9pm. Prefer 5 star guests.
