There is a shared driveway with the property owner who resides in the 75-year-old farmhouse being remodeled.

Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are both within an hours drive. If you prefer to relax, you can sit on the 10' x 22' deck just outside the kitchen door, or by the fire pit, on a rocking chair or the swing in the open back yard, which is ideal for playing fetch with your dog.

Beautiful little 3 bedroom house sitting on the Intercoastal waterway. Huge screened in porch overlooking the water. Private pier to go fishing. Internet and washer and dryer included. Very quiet neighborhood. Recently remodeled. At this moment the pier does not have handrails and is under construction, small children should be careful. Also please do not use house towels on the beach that put too much sand in the washer and dryer ..

Use our beach gear while spending the entire day at the beach and enjoy the sunsets from the deck.

It is fully equipped, 5 TV's, high speed internet and cable. Our cottage is good for couples and families (with kids). Beach access is 400 feet away and shops/pier are an easy walk (7/10 of a mile)from Enter Sandman.
