Charming Rural Cottage, New Forest National Park

Oak Tree Cottage is nestled on the edge of the village of Pilley, near the coastal town of Lymington. With forest tracks on the doorstep, it is ideally situated for exploring the countryside of the New Forest National Park and villages along the South coast. The local ponies and donkeys are frequent visitors to our lane, as they roam freely in the immediate area. The cottage is tastefully furnished and well equipped, with ample parking, and barbecue provided for the summer. Wifi speed 150 mbps.

Old Brewery, Lower Calbourne Mill, Isle of Wight

Experience staying in an 18th century brewery which is part of the privately owned Lower Calbourne Mill, nestled in the village of Newbridge. Just 3 miles from Yarmouth and 4 miles from the beach, the listed brewery has a beautiful garden which is bordered by the river and the gentle trickle of the mill stream. A perfect escape, ideally placed for walkers and cyclists; the vaulted brewery living space has cosy sofas, a log burner, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table for entertaining.

We are a 5 minute drive from the car ferry or a 25 minute walk to Ryde Pier. The number 9 bus stop is 2 minutes away and we have a variety of country walks and lovely cycles on hand....... Due to the out of the way location you ideally need transport to access the nearest shop and pub. 45 mins on foot/7 mins by car.

The chalet is ideal for couples and individuals.
