This is a fully equipped, studio apartment at Northwest Square in DeLand. Northwest Square is the adaptive reuse of the 30,000 square foot Trinity United Methodist Church building. Northwest Square has 4 event spaces, a coffee shop, food hall and tap room, a flower and gift shop, a commercial commissary kitchen, and 15 apartments. There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment is fully ADA accessible with a king sized bed, full kitchen, and curb-less shower.

Farm life at its best! Located right next to our tree farm, bass stocked pond with dock on property, decor is Palm trees, Exotic Zebra farm life. There is a Chicken coop to feed chickens and gather eggs (if they are laying). Pasture with miniature Mediterranean donkey, ( Pablo) Zebra. (Ruby ) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo), pig, (Georgia ) and a lamb (Grady ). I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically. We also have a beautiful venue you can rent for a weddings or an an event.

The house is a mobile home situated in a small private community with its own dock and a boat ramp right around the corner. Beautiful sunsets and lots of fish, turtles and birds to watch right off the dock or from the screened in porch.

Do you love to play in nature but still have our creature comforts? This A frame in the Ocala National Forest is the spot. There are 2 springs both 5 minutes from the house, Salt Springs & Silver Glen Springs. Beautiful Juniper Springs, Silver Springs and Alexander Springs are all a hop, skip, and jump away. This fully loaded A frame is stocked with a shed full of fishing gear. Mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.

Conveniently situated in the Ocala National Forest, this rustic cabin is surrounded by graceful live oaks and is often visited by wildlife like deer, bear & sandhill cranes. Canoe from the cabin to Little Lake Kerr through a hidden channel, paddle the Silver River or snorkel the springs. Great fishing is around the bend, or off the dock.

The Ollie Vee in Crescent City

The Ollie Vee is located on a quiet cul-de-sac of 4 homes. Trees dripping with Spanish moss, wandering wild turkeys, a pair of nearby eagles, and a view of Crescent Lake complete the mood. The "meow" call of the local peacocks is heard throughout the neighborhood.... with a few sometimes roosting in the trees in the yard.
