A few things to note first! - We live upstairs with our two children, so while we always try to be courteous, some noise may travel. - There is no air-conditioning, but the space stays comfortably cool during summer (and we have circulating fans). If these things work for you - we'd love to host you! Surround yourself with style in this thoughtfully designed and clean space. Our new one bedroom unit is located near beautiful open farmland - with only a short 5 minute drive to Old Town!

Unwind, Colorado-style in this newly-built house in oldtown district. Every room is beautifully curated with all the emphasis on luxurious comfort. A very well stocked kitchen, plush linens, black-out curtains, Smart TV’s, and more. Well-behaved dogs are welcome: Fully fenced yard and 2 dog crates, plus food bowls and doggie bags. We ask that pets not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Great for families w/ Littles: Bunk beds, pack’n’play, bassinet, highchair, and more!

Beautiful, sunny furnished suite in the basement of our home. Shared entrance. Private & quiet. Small kitchen - 2 burner hotplate, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker, fridge, utensils, pots & pans, kitchen table & sweetheart chairs, comfortable sofa & matching chair, large screen TV, WI-fi access, private bathroom w/ 2 sinks, shower, tub, complete furnished bedroom, shared laundry. We have a lively small dog & cat. The dog will bark when you come in, but never ever bites.

Old Town Fort Collins detached / private guest house. This modern sunny and clean guest house/studio is above the owner's detached garage. It has a private entrance and oversized deck. It is located in the heart of Old Town and a short 3 block walk to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, music venues, grocery. Under 1 mile to CSU and a short bike ride to Canvas stadium. Less than 5 miles to Horsetooth Reservoir and Lory State Park.

Downtown Guesthouse #1

Cozy little guesthouse in downtown Loveland. Wide selection of restaurants, bars/breweries, boutiques, & live music all within a mile. Located downtown near busy streets and a train track, so expect some road noise and whistles. Also, being downtown we do have a houseless population. Have not had any issues thus far, but we want guests to be aware of them. Great driving proximity to fun CO things (~45 mins to Estes Park/RMNP).
