You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. A step back into history. Condo located inside of an old Historic Railroad building converted into beautiful cozy condominiums. Very close drive to Bay Area (3 hours) yet within close proximity of Reno, Truckee, and Lake Tahoe. 5 minute walk to Soda Springs Ski Resort (ski-in/ski-out)! In summer, great hiking and lakes all close by. Insanely fast wifi (400mb download, 40mb upload). Please see note about train close by and possible noise.

Come and enjoy the Acorn Cabin. Walk to Royal Gorge for cross-country skiing or snow-shoeing or enjoy a short drive (less than 5-10 minutes typically) to 4 down hill resorts close by : Sugar Bowl, Soda Springs (snow tubing), Boreal and Donner Ski Ranch. We provide the cabin, you bring the fun and your own SHEETS/TOWELS. There is one King Bed, one Queen Bed, 1 twin bed (lower bunk) and 1 single bed (upper bunk).
