Summit View is a comfortable two bedroom lower unit situated on the west side of Seneca Lake offering spectacular views. It is located just one mile from downtown Watkins Glen and minutes from the Seneca Lake Wine, Beer and Cheese trails. It is a unique property as the local 9-hole golf course is located in our backyard. There is a serene creek and waterfall located on the property that is worth your exploration. The two bedroom lower unit comes with modern appliances, tv, wifi, and a patio.

Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.
