The cottage is on a quiet and beautiful place. The terrace faces south and in calm nice weather it is great to have a nice evening with barbeque grill or lying in the hot tub watching the stars or at winter time watching the amazing northern lights. Great hiking paths are in the area and lots of Icelandic horse realated activities are all around.We are located between Hveragerði and Selfoss (5km from Hveragerði and 10km from Selfoss). There you can find great swimming pools and all necessities.

The property is a modern 4-bedroom villa on the bank of lake Apavatn & river Hólaá. Kayaks, fishing poles & permits included for guests. (Fishing is only permitted during summer). Nicely located, it is about one hour by car from Reykjavik, from the Golden circle and from Vík's black sand beaches. It is 15min away from Hella's bus station, which allows you to visit Lanmannalaugar. The farm also offers riding tours, and its owners are always happy to share a lovely riding experience !
