Charming house right by the sea with a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with all facilities, solar cells for electricity and an instant gas water heater for warm water. Star-link high speed internet. Bedroom for 2, well equipped kitchenette/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Hotel standard. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

Das Ferienhaus wurde im Jahr 2022 nach 5 Jahren harter Arbeit und viel Liebe zum Detail fertiggestellt. Das Haus ist mit einem offenen Wohn- und Esszimmer ausgestattet und verfügt im Obergeschoss über 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Badezimmer. Das Highlight dieser Villa ist das Innere und Äußere. Luxuriöser geht es nicht.

Beachfront, 10 meters from the beach

Entire private (first) floor inside a villa. Four-room apartment, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, private terrace and garden. Access to the sea is only a few steps away (about ten meters away). Private terrace is just a few steps away from the crystal clear sea with a beach for swimming and sunbathing. Maslina is a cozy apartment located on the second floor of our guest house. It stands out for its unique design and beautiful terrace from where you can enjoy spectacular sea views. It consists of a kitchen with a dinning room, one living room, one bedroom, one bathroom and a terrace. It has private entrance. Air conditioning and WiFi are included in the price, as well as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper. It is ideal for 4 people.
