In einem mittelalterlichen Haus in der Altstadt von Völkermarkt liegt die Wohnung im 2. Stock mit Blick über die Dächer, den Hauptplatz und in den grünen Innenhof. Die alten Gemäuer und die wunderschönen Holzbauteile wurden liebevoll restauriert. Um den historischen Charakter zu erhalten haben wir natürliche Baumaterialien verwendet. Besonders sind die Gewölbedecken und die romantischen Holztreppen. Die niedrigen Türen sowie die unebenen Wände und Böden geben der Wohnung den besonderen Charme.

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig gelegen und bietet alles für eine ruhige Auszeit! Trotzdem musst du für diverse Aktivitäten nicht weit reisen,sondern bist in 2 Minuten am See, in 25 Minuten in der Hauptstadt Kärntens oder bei guter sportlicher Leistung bald auf einem 2400 Meter hohen Gipfel! Unser Nachbar ( ein Heuriger) bewirtet dich noch selbst mit regelmäßiger musikalischer Untermalung! Haustiere sind bei uns erlaubt!

Trudimo se, da se naši gostje počutijo dobro, da si vzamejo čas zase in uživajo pri nas. Tako smo sedaj v ponudbo dodali še finsko savno, ki je odlična sprostitev za telo in duha.
