Beautiful tile shower and a great little kitchenette with 2 burner built in hot plate, large air fryer toaster oven, and a mini fridge with freezer. Our beautiful cabin sits in Clarksville on 6 private acres, close to major ATV and snowmobile trails, as well as the Hurlburt Nature Conservancy Area. We are minutes from Lake Francis and the Connecticut Lakes in NH's northernmost town, Pittsburg. While by no means primitive, our cabin is simple and rustic, and...in the woods. You may be visited by rabbits and coyote, or even a moose or deer grazing early in the morning. You may have the occasional cobweb, fly, swollen door, or sticky evening.

L' Akers Cottage

Enjoy this Cozy Lake house with a private dock and swimming area. Relax on the large over sized deck while observing the wildlife on the lake. Right next to the property is a public boat launch where you can launch your boat and have it tied to the cottages private dock for easy access. Also available with property is a peddle boat and kyak for your use. ATV trail access is 1/2 mile up the road. In the wintertime, you can snowmobile right from the property to the main trail system.

The Terraces #5 Private Lakefront Cabin

Cabin #5 is available spring to fall. It is cozy getaway located on Rangeley Lake. Guests have access to the lake via 100 meter walk down to the dock. You will be a less than a 5 minute drive to a bustling main street with great local shops and eateries. The cabin is accessible by 2 sets of stairs or a path from the parking lot. The cabin is quaint and we provide the necessities. That being said, there is not a microwave or electric coffee maker.

Lakefront Cabin Big Averill Lake Vermont

Escape and experience off grid camping with no electricity, phone. (ATT cell phone users usually have great reception) , or internet in a very beautiful but easily accessible old style family cabin on Big Averill lake. Running water and showers if spring water is available. The water is shut off mid October for the winter but local water pump source .7 mile away all year.
