This house is clean and well kept, in a quiet neighborhood, and would be perfect for long term visits or one night stays. It is newly remodeled with a TV in all the bedrooms and new furnishings. This place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach which is about 20 minutes away, public transport, and main attractions on the peninsula. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. There is on site parking as well as large two car garage with washer and dryer. While staying at the home you have access to pingpong, games, toys, WIFI, and cable t.v. in every room! Also, if you have little ones a few houses down from the property, there’s a small little park. Truly home away from home!

Del Monte Beach’s boardwalk is a 10-minute drive away, as are walking trails at Laguna Grande Regional Park. An array of shopping and dining is a short drive away.

Immaculate house. Everything you need for a home away from home. Kitchen is complete in every way. There is a large deck with patio furniture and new BBQ. There is one security camera located in the front yard.
