The garden has a seating area & Large Gas BBQ for alfresco dining. Overlooking stunning farmland with walks, direct from your stable door. Riverside pubs & village amenities within a mile. In The Broads National Park, close to the North Norfolk Coast, ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers & anyone wanting peace.

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Crossing Retreat - Beautiful barn with pool table

Crossing Retreat is a timber clad modern barn which has been renovated to give guests a taste of the countryside with a quirky twist. The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. In the cooler months it provides a great source of light, enabling guests to take in the surrounding fields which provide lovely views. The projector and pool table are super additions to keep you entertained.

New Lane Cottage is our little thatched bolt-hole located on the edge of the Worstead Estate, at the end of a wood-lined drive. Enjoy peaceful seclusion, with a sun-soaked patio and BBQ for the warmer months, and a private hot tub all-year-round. Guests are welcome to enjoy walks across Worstead Park, before snuggling up in front of the cosy wood burner. PLEASE NOTE that due to the narrow steep staircase we do not recommend this cottage for those with mobility concerns, or with children.

The Long Barn offers spacious, all ground floor, modern accommodation with 2 kingsize rooms, 1 twin room, 1 ensuite and a 2nd bathroom perfect for families and groups up to 6 plus infants. The sociable open plan living space and fully enclosed garden makes it great for spending time together in the peaceful Norfolk Broads village of Dilham whilst being 20mins from the coast, Wroxham and many of Norfolk's most popular visitor attractions. 2 dogs stay free. The Gables Cottage is a lovely place to have a little break and explore Norfolk’s beautiful countryside. Our cottage has recently been renovated and refreshed. There is a new super king Relyon bed and mattress, new shower, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Our location is very convenient being quite close to Norwich, broads and the stunning seaside. You could enjoy its cosy front garden or have breakfast on the patio at the back of the property. Onsite parking is available.

Tucked away at the end of a long private track, Staithe Cottage , Bramerton is a secluded retreat overlooking the River Yare. Away from roads and neighbours, it offers excellent privacy and peaceful surroundings. The cottage enjoys spectacular views over the river , with outdoor seating areas.. Traditional character is combined with modern comfort. An enclosed garden makes it ideal for families and dogs. Walks, local pubs, Norwich, the Broads and the coast are all within easy reach.

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

Old Dairy Barn is a perfect hideaway, ideal for a short break or longer holiday to perhaps celebrate a birthday or anniversary, or to stay longer and explore the surrounding area. On the doorstep of the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk Coast. Not far from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Worstead with it's pub. The cottage also benefits from a Wellis hot tub, which is shared with our other 1 bedroom cottage.

The Beach House

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Situated on a private estate with a central communal green that leads down to the beautiful beach. There’s a lovely patio areas with gates that open onto the huge green that is great to kick a ball around on or play a game of badminton! There are a couple of benches at the edge of the green that you can relax on and take in the beautiful views of the beach and sea!
