The apartment offers 85 m² of space for up to 4 people, with two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious bathroom with shower. If you want to use our spacious flat as a couple, you are welcome to choose the bedroom. The second bedroom is of course included for the third person onwards. Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Am Fuße von Schloss Tirol, vor den Toren Merans liegt unser Bauernhof inmitten der eigenen Weinberge. In kürzester Zeit sind der Tappeinerweg, der Waalweg, aber auch die Altstadt von Meran erreichbar. Erstmals urkundlich erwähnt scheint der Hof im Jahre 1323 auf. Ein mächtiges Rundbogengewölbe und eiserne Türen zeugen noch heute von der damaligen Zeit.
