Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè immerse nella natura.

Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Natur abseits von Trubel und Hektik. Wir verwöhnen Sie mit köstlichen hofeigenen Produkten. Ihre Kinder finden einen idealen Platz zum Toben und Spielen. Viele kleine und größere Tiere warten schon gespannt auf Streicheleinheiten.

El apartamento de 50m² consta de un salón, una cocina bien equipada con lavavajillas, un dormitorio y un cuarto de baño, por lo que tiene capacidad para 4 personas. Frühstück können Sie vor Ort mit buchen. €20 pro Person pro Tag. Das Waschen und Trocknen der Wäsche kostet pro Waschgang €10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.

Appartement St. Valentin bei Trauttmansdorff

Unser komplett neu renoviertes Appartement in Meran/St. Valentin befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der weltbekannten Gärten von Schloss Trauttmansdorff. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt lediglich 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Das dazugehörige, ebenerdig erreichbare Kellerabteil steht zur freien Verfügung und kann z.B. zum verstauen von Rädern/Skiern usw. oder zum laden von E-Bikes genutzt werden. Eine E-Tankstelle mit 2 Stellplätzen ist ca. 5 min. fußläufig entfernt.
