Objekt se nachází v obci Kovářská a je nově citlivě zrekonstruovaný. Rekonstrukce zachovala co nejvíce původních prvků a zkombinovala je s moderním designem. Chata stojí uprostřed louky, slunná terasa má krásný výhled do okolí. V přízemí je sauna pro 6 osob s odpočívárnou, ochlazovacím sudem a výstupem ven. Dále je zde obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem, který je otevřený do louky velkým oknem a výstupem na terasu. V podkroví je společenský prostor s barem, lednicí, fotbálkem a stolním tenisem.

There is a large terrace, a covered terrace with a fireplace and a relaxing garden with a view. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage.
