The Villa is located in the heart of the Casentino, an excellent starting point for lot of trekking in the National Park of the Casentinesi Forests and offers the opportunity to visit the beautiful villages of Pratovecchio-Stia(7 km), Poppi(17km) and the cities of Florence(62km), Siena(118km) and Arezzo(51km).

La casa per gli ospiti è un' ala indipendente della grande colonica su due piani: 3 camere , cucina, soggiorno, bagno. La piscina privata è in esclusiva per chi affitta la casa (max 4 persone) Non affittiamo camere singole. Zona barbecue. Totale privacy.

Casa Nova is a large Tuscan country estate on top of a hill dominating the beautifull Casentino Valley, 40 km south of Florence. The property is ideal for holidays with friends and family. But also for an individually designed wedding or a birthday party in a very special atmosphere. You can do any kind of workshops, Yoga, theatre or dance classes. The interior is distributed over two floors: on the first large living room with fireplace, SmartTV, eat area, kitchen and room with pizza oven (there are 2 sofa/bed). On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 with a bunk bed and 1 bathroom.
