Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. Little Dial, in the heart of rural Norfolk

Welcome to Little Dial, privately set behind a former village pub in a rural community. Little dial is a converted stable block off of the main house now offering an ideal base for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer. You will benefit from the use of a private patio from the bedroom with views of the garden. Due to the nature of the property Little Dial is not a good fit for infants or children. Please note, there are two small steps down to the bedroom and two steps down to the patio.

The Picture House, Hingham, Norfolk

The Picture House - because of the huge 75” smart HDTV, library of DVDs and collection of original film posters on the walls! It has been beautifully renovated into a luxurious accommodation, comprising of a cosy bedroom with super king size bed with a door leading out to a private garden. The bathroom has a huge walk in shower, loo and basin. The wow factor is the huge open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with island and a full sized pool table, woodburner and large comfy sofas.

Rural cosy cottage near Dereham

This cosy cottage is situated adjacent to the owners house and next to a working farm. It is a converted dairy with exposed oak beams, a wood burner, private garden, and parking for 2 cars next to the cottage. Although rural, it's only a 10min drive into Dereham where there are supermarkets and a good variety of shops and eating places. The property is equipped with everything you will need for a great stay, and is on one level. Being centrally located, the whole of Norfolk can be explored.

Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Carpenters Yard is a stylish boutique detached cottage in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Completely renovated to the highest standard, perfect for couples seeking a peaceful village retreat equidistant from the North Norfolk coast and Norwich. Guests can relax in front of the wood burner or soak up the sun in the pretty private garden. Georgian Holt and Marriotts Way cycle path are nearby. With private parking we are perfect for a weekend away or longer stay any time of the year.

The Old Stables

The Old Stables is one of two well-appointed, single-storey converted barns, set around a shared courtyard in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Situated on our farm and working livery yard, it offers guests a peaceful rural setting with horses and open countryside right on the doorstep. The accommodation offers two good-sized double bedrooms, a shower room, and a comfortable open-plan kitchen, dining and living area – providing everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The Hayloft is a perfect place to explore lots of lovely countryside walks from your own doorstep.

Located in Mid Norfolk you are just 30 minutes from the City of Norwich, 45 minutes from the Broads National Park and 40 minutes from the North Norfolk Coast so there is plenty to explore.
