The Pine Grove

Newly rebuilt - the Pine Grove is air conditioned and features a 10 by 14 ft deck, a brand new bathroom with tub, bedroom closets, and a full kitchen. It is one half of two charming rustic cottages set on a single plot on a leafy side-street. This cottage is wedged in a "grove" of tall majestic pine trees that provide an abundant supply of shade and breeze, pine cones, needles and all. It is great for families with children and a short walk (.4 of a mile) through the neighborhood to the beach.

There are two roomy bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two bunk beds. The bathroom offers his & her sinks, shower and whirlpool tub. Conveniences inc. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, fully equipped efficiency kitchenettes, and private baths. Enjoy the privacy of your own seaside cottage close to the beach!

#3 Couples Cottage Minutes from the Beach

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor Day. Cottage #3 is a one-bedroom (king bed) recently renovated well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and updated finishes. It is outfitted with modern decor. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils for those times when you may just want to stay in and cook. Full size washer dryer. A private fenced patio with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk to the sandy beach. Yes we allow pets.
