Outside, you can enjoy the breeze from the Riverfront Deck, Sun Bathe, Crab or Fish on the Lower Dock, watch the Eagles fly by, or wander about the wooded property. Bring or rent a Kayak and paddle down the river right to the Long Island Sound.

Originally from Russia (hence the name “Beriozka” meaning Birch Tree) I live in Stamford CT. About 7-8 years ago I’ve discovered Chester/ Essex area and fell in love. I’ve been coming here during summer to enjoy river rides, during winter just to see snow on the ground of old towns and needless to say during fall – when all the beauty of nature unfolds. Then came an idea to have an own place here and when an opportunity came to buy this small cottage on Cedar Lake I’ve jumped on it.

Welcome to "Belle Vue Cottage". This charming and inviting cottage is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in the South Cove area of Old Saybrook. Spend your days relaxing at Harvey's Beach, perusing the shops and restaurants along Main Street, taking in a show at The Kate, and unwind at the end of the day in your backyard oasis equipped with an outdoor TV and fire pit. We are less than a mile from Saybrook Point Inn and Spa, and 10 minutes to Water's Edge Resort and Spa.

HAPPY SPRING… The spring birds are arriving and the crocuses are up. Hawks, cardinals, blue jays, bluebirds, gold finches and more are here. Beautiful hiking trails in the woods and along the beachfront. Great places to shop and eat or catch a show at one of New Haven’s renowned museums or broadway theatres or relax. 1920’s charming dollhouse near South Cove

Simple, no frills guest cottage near South Cove in Old Saybrook. Drop your kayak /paddle board in at the end of the street, walk to town for dinner or a show at the Katherine Hepburn Theater, or enjoy a day at town beach only 1.5 miles away. This is a shabby chic escape in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. A few quirks but tons of charm! If you are looking to unplug and sit by the fire pit, read a book, and go to the beach, this is the place for you.

The Cottage

The Cottage seamlessly blends comfort, convenience, and character, creating a truly inviting retreat.

Great location- 1 mile to the beach, 1/2 mile to shops and restaurants, and less than a 1/4 mile to a park! The house is set back from the road with a good size driveway. The inside is newly renovated and we are working to finish the yard area for the summer! The house has WiFi, large yard, and a great front porch that gets a ton of sun. We’ve made great memories there over the years and are now looking to share it with others!

Looking for a relaxing weekend to recharge on the beach? Then this newly renovated, bohemian-chic, apartment is perfect for you. Imagine waking up every morning to beautiful unobstructed ocean views and ending your night with a drink in hand watching the sunset. If you’re lucky, you might see some whales or dolphins breaching in the water right off our private beach. We would love to host you for your Montauk beach getaway.

The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.

Walk to Breakwater Beach in Heart of Wine Country

Private and peaceful cottage walking distance to Breakwater Beach and Old Mill Inn Restaurant on the water opening Spring 2025. There are two large decks to relax by the firepit and drink your wine from the local wineries. Bikes, kayak, and paddle board are stored in the barn for guests use. Easy access to the marina, fishing, fine dining, vineyards, and farm stands.
