The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The spacious 18 x 14 foot carpeted living space has two huge comfy sofas and a table and chairs.

Hayloft at The Stables

A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

Boudicca Way Off-Grid Shepherd's Hut & Bell Tent

Our rustic little hut is situated in a newly planted apple orchard, surrounded by woodland and open countryside, at the halfway point of the Boudicca way trail. Come and unwind amongst barn owls, red deer & foxes and cosy up round the fire pit, whilst admiring the unspoilt night sky. The hut is equipped with a gas hob, fridge, hot water, wood burner and gas heater. There is a separate shower trailer & compost loo. Our farm shop sells naturally grown veg, free-range eggs, beef and honey.

Located on the edge of an attractive South Norfolk village, The Snug is a self-contained annex in part of a 17th Century Cottage. The village shop is a short walk away and the centre of Norwich is only a 20 minute drive. This area is popular with cyclists due to the quiet routes and a host of cycle friendly cafes. The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, shower room, dining/working area and kitchenette. There is an off road parking space and bicycle storage if required.

The cottage is decorated and finished to a high standard with full double glazing. Both lounge and Bedroom 1 have oak beams and vaulted ceilings. The lounge has 2 leather sofas and dining area. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has 2 full size single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and also has a washer/dryer. There is a large shower with WC and connecting doors to both bedrooms. There is also a separate cloakroom.
