The home is the entire first floor of a duplex, in a quiet beachside neighborhood; walking distance of shops, restaurants, & groceries with the convenience of being near all that Jacksonville Beach has to offer. You'll have 1-3 private parking spots (depending on use if downstairs unit (SeaSpray Chalet) on site.

At the Tranquil Turtle, the ocean is on your doorstep! This condo is quiet and serene, but also located within walking distance of local eateries, bars and all the entertainment Jacksonville Beach has to offer. From coffee pods to bathrobes to beach chairs, everything is stocked so you can leave your cares behind upon check-in. We offer two beach-side private parking spaces, one covered and gated. The house was build in the 70s and has a fantastic beach flair. It’s our vacation spot and it’s renovated the way we love it. This place creates amazing memories. It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with King bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with King bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips.
