The "Silk-n-art" refers to my collection of silk wall hangings and fine art. This large 2 story apartment is in the best part of the historic district, quieter, softer, more gentile like the nearby mansions. Besides 2 king bedrooms each with private skylit baths, there is a private flex room with a gel foam sofa pull-out bed downstairs that can be used as an office or a bedroom. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
