The Hidden Pearl Cottage, Tybee Island, Georgia

Location, location, location! The Hidden Pearl is a restored 1910 cottage; said to have been part of the old Ft Screven army base on the north side of the island. The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. This is a one bedroom guest suite above a garage. It has one king bedroom with private bathroom and separate living room. Approximately 500 sq ft. It has a private entrance and own HVAC controls. There is a full flight of stairs to a balcony entrance. It has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. . This is a large property and there are multiple Airbnb units on the property. There is another unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises. For this reason we don’t allow children.

The space is also within walking distance from the Candler and Memorial Hospitals with grocery stores, restaurants, & coffee shops nearby!

Laid back guest house located close to the marshes and 15 minutes south of the Historic District. Quiet, serene locale with private entrance, large yard and relaxed interior that includes a queen bed with a desk and kitchenette area. Nestled under a grand live oak, the Half House is home to many bird species and a barred owl that often takes residence upon the branches. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
