Naše ubytovanie sa nachádza v srdci prírody pri Bačinskych jazerách 300m( kajak,paddlesurf,pláž) neďaleko od mora(Makarska riviera 12km) a ústia Neretvy 10km ( kittesurfing). Pre našich hostí máme k dispozícii kajak a bicykle. Výlety do okolia sú obľúbené v mimosezónnych mesiacoch ( Ston,Mostar,Kravicke vodopady,Dubrovnik,Split...). Relax na veľkej terase s posedením, grilom a krásnym výhľadom na jazerá si viete užiť po celý rok. Vhodné na dlhodobé pobyty, máme všetko vybavenie vrátane WiFi.

Apartment Sanja at Birina Lake

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu obiteljske kuće (100 m2) sa prekranim pogledom na jezero Birina, u blizini Baćinskih jezera, Ušća Neretve i Makarske rivijere. Smještaj sadrži dvije dvokrevetne sobe sa bračnim krevetima i jednu jednokrevetnu sobu. U sklopu apartmana je terasa sa kaminom, prostorom za blagovanje, te ležaljkama. Uz terasu je prostor uređen za djecu sa trampolinom i ljuljačkom. Gostima je omogućen pristup u jezero i po dogovoru vožnja brodom. Osiguran je parking u garži.

"Apartment EVA ROGOTIN" has 90 m2, large free covered parking with security camera, garage for motorcyclists and cyclists, air conditioning, TV 109 cm with wi-fi, washing machine and dishwasher...etc. The apartment is located in a quiet environment, has a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. A fully equipped boat for 6 people and bicycle rental are available to the guests of the facility for an additional charge. To use the vessel, a management license and prior notice are required.

Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i lijepo uređenom smještaju, s pogledom na plažu i more. Apartman je izgrađen 2024.godine, nalazi se u mirnom naselju. Lokacija je idealna za istraživanje zanimljivih atrakcija u blizini (Baćinska jezera - 500m, Ušće Neretve -10 km, poluotok Pelješac, otok Mljet National park- 50 km, Split - 100 km, Dubrovnik- 100 km, Međugorje -40 km itd.) Osigurano besplatno parkirno mjesto ispred apartmana. Plaža, kafić i mala trgovina udaljene su 100 m od apartmana.

Uživajte u elegantnom uređenju ovog smještaja u centru grada s veličanstvenim pogledom iz prvog reda do mora. U prizemlju zgrade nalaze se kafići i restorani koji nude jelovnike sa svježim namirnicama. Plaža, trajektna luka, pošta i dom zdravlja nalaze se samo nekoliko koraka dalje. Ušće Neretve, kao i najbolje plaže makarske rivijere udaljene su samo nekoliko minuta automobilom. Stan je novouređen i nalazi se na 8. katu zgrade opremljene dizalom. Besplatan wi-fi velike brzine.

The newly renovated studio is located in the heart of the Old Town of Korcula. The studio apartment offers the best of this fortified renaissance city: 1 minute walk to St. Mark's Cathedral and the city museum, Old Town walls beach, and last but not least, opportunity to choose from the best restaurants Korcula has to offer. The apartment was renovated to reflect the original layout from the 18th century; please note that people back then didn't live in big spaces :)
