The Jordan River Trail is right outside the door, offering a great place for walking or bike riding. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

About 30 minutes from Snowbird ski resort Right in the heart of the best fast-and-casual restaurants Family friendly Downtown SLC is 20 minutes away, with fine dining, night life, Eccles Theater and the Utah Jazz

You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a 60" tv with cable, Apple TV, Netflix and free movies on demand. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors. Space is limited to 6 guests total. No exceptions.

Opposite the kitchen wall is a room used by the family to exercise or watch movies. The hot tub is not for guests use.
