Come get away to this river retreat just outside of Lakewood Ranch. This property has three separate rental units on it including this charming single bedroom cottage with access to the river. It comes with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation! The other units on this property are the Guest House, a larger studio unit 1 bed/1 bath sleeps 2 (Search Peaceful Braden River Oasis: Guest House) and the Main House, a 2 bed/2 bath sleeps 7 (search Peaceful Braden River Oasis: Main House).

The guest cottage (approx. 300 sq ft) is separate from the main house, where we reside, with a beautiful saltwater pool to cool off in after your day's adventures! The property is 5 blocks from downtown Gulfport, with waterfront restaurants, bars, arts district, unique shopping, and beach. Close access to new tennis courts, bayside beach and minutes away from modern downtown St. Petersburg, and world-famous beaches. We are not set up to host pets or children and no unaccounted for guests.

We are located in Myakka City, FL, which is a short drive to Siesta Key and Lido Beach and Sarasota! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our newly built, unique, air-conditioned cracker cabin. The cabin sleeps 4 guests and is located in the middle of our 1,100 acre working cattle ranch. Step outside and you are right on the Myakka River and can sit by the fire-pit at night and enjoy the sounds of nature. While your visiting, enjoy a kayak down the Myakka River.

City Garden Cottage

City Garden Cottage is a cozy and comfortable cottage located in the quiet Laurel Park neighborhood in Sarasota, only a few blocks from downtown. The studio is surrounded by lush gardens and trees. Inside you will find a kitchenette, equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and hot plate. The studio also has a flat-screen TV, a queen bed & private bathroom. We are centrally located between Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton, making it an ideal place to explore all the area offers. Getting around is easy since we are located very close to the Ringling Museum of Art. Plus, it is only a short 15-minute drive to downtown Lido Beach and St. Armands Circle.
