Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Come visit us in West Beach one of the oldest continuously inhabited beach villages in California… Take in all the gorgeous views of Santa Barbara while having easy foot access to best in town local restaurants, wineries, breweries, farmers markets and Funk Zone shopping. You are in the center of it all. Did we mention the beaches? Turn left at bike path and head to Stearns Wharf, East Beach or Butterfly Beach. Turn right and you've got the Marina, Leadbetter Beach and Shoreline Park.

Peaceful house located blocks away from downtown Santa Barbara. Parking space and a quiet neighborhood. Excellent for a nice getaway to Santa Barbara. The city is planning on doing some king of street maintenance during september to novemeber, they have not given any exact dates. Looks like phase 2 will require street closure. The apartment covers 630 square feet (60 square meters).
