Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

Perched above the garage in true carriage house style, this well appointed studio sits in English style gardens beside a seasonal creek in Montecito. Wine Country living at its best! We enjoy our wine country life and would like to share it with you. Our two-bedroom, two-bath cottage has our CCOF certified organic Syrah vines as a backyard and its own private bocce ball court. Enjoy the setting of our vineyard right out the french doors or from the upstairs deck. A short stroll or ride on our complimentary bikes will take you to the heart of the historic charming town of Los Olivos.

Feel at home the minute you arrive. Located off street in one of the most desirable Santa Barbara neighborhoods on "the Mesa". Just minutes from the steps down to the beach and Shoreline Park overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Santa Cruz Island. Shopping and dining within walking distance.
