Cozy 1 br condo with ski in/out lift access & Pool

This two-floor ideally located condo is on the mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy. There is also a pull-out couch in the living room upstairs.

The condo has a beautiful deck which faces East and is a perfect place to enjoy your morning breakfast or beverage. The bathroom and entry foyer feature heated floors. The bedroom has a queen size bed.

Second floor condo located right in the middle of everything that Rangeley has to offer. Located on Main street, walking distance from all of the restaurants & stores. ATV right from your door. A boat slip available just down the road for an extra fee. Inside there is a large dining/living area, master bedroom with on-suite fbathroom. Upstairs in the loft is a king, queen and full. There is also a queen bed in the living room & there is a set of twins in the entryway. Unit has air conditioning

This cozy and comfy ski in/ski out condo is in a desirable location and just a short chairlift ride to the base of Sugarloaf Mountain. Ski or mountain bike directly from the condo! Family friendly. A queen bed settled in an alcove, queen murphy bed and pull out full size sofa bed provide plenty of sleeping space. Convenient indoor access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna at the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center (additional fees apply). Full kitchen, and one of the few with AC for summer!

We have a fully Air Conditioned unit! Pool is only heated in the winter. Heater is turned on 12/20/24. Pool is heated to 100 degrees. There is no separate hot tub. The pool is kept cool and refreshing Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool is closed 10/1-12/20/24 This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park. Plenty of on-site parking.

Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs (ping pong tourney anyone?). Two fireplaces, cozy seating, games and a hot tub to recover after a day of adventure.

Sunday River Locke Mountain Ski In/ Ski Out Pool

Hard to find, ski in/ski out 1 BR unit in prestigious Locke Mtn Townhomes. Apartment is located on the Tempest ski run (White Cap chair) in the lower level of our own townhouse. Ski right to your front door, then relax in the beautiful outdoor pool/jacuzzi. Nightly price covers 2 people. Extra guests are an extra $25 per person, per night.
