You'll have a private deck, private bathroom, private entrance, and private living space. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a futon/sofa in the living area that makes a twin-size bed. It includes a separate BR, living area w/ gas fireplace, dining table w full kitchen. We are out in the country and do have a miniature donkey, a sheep and chickens. No Pets allowed.
