Onsite amenities include water views, 2 pools (mid May-mid Sept use), kayak/SUP launch points, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court and BBQ area.

Winter time here is all about Schweitzer and its an easy drive to the mountain-11 miles.

Our cozy condo is located in downtown Sandpoint's Condo del Sol nestled on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille. We are walking distance from all the wonder this beautiful mountain town has to offer. Explore the city beach, unique shops, breweries and eateries just minutes away. For our "get outside" guests, you can access the lake and biking/walking paths right outside the door or a short 13 mile drive to explore the beauty of our destination ski area- Schweitzer Mountain Resort.

This sweet condo overlooks a lovely pond and has a fully equipped kitchen, private deck, bbq, gas fireplace. The loft offers a separate living area and exercise equipment. We always use 100% cotton sheets on our comfortable, quality beds.
