Our home is a 7 minute walk to the oceanfront and beach, market, Convention Center, Museum of contemporary Art, amusement parks, the NEW waive park and more. It is a short driving distance (10 minutes) to the Aquarium and local golfing. Parking for 4 vehicles and a huge deck offering outside eating and relaxing space.
