Close enough to walk to town restaurants & shops, Asilomar State Beach & other sites all within minutes of our home. Private yard with a deck & outdoor furniture for entertaining. Lic. # 0289 - Our City STR Permit restricts us to a max of 2 adults/1 car per reservation. Any additional guests MUST be under 18 years old. This house is clean and well kept, in a quiet neighborhood, and would be perfect for long term visits or one night stays. It is newly remodeled with a TV in all the bedrooms and new furnishings. This place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach which is about 20 minutes away, public transport, and main attractions on the peninsula. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
