The home is in a safe secluded area and offers keypad entry, driveway parking, and 2 car garage. Please note this home is not on the beach. It is on the other side of Highway 1 and the mapped location is accurate.

All new range, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and iron/board.

California surf style at its most comfy! Colorful, comfortable, and stylish, it's like a time warp but with modern amenities. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the shaded porch, or gather around the outdoor fire pit and chill out while you groove to the specially curated 60s surf Spotify playlist after a day at the beach. The Sleeper: cozy private suite, entrance & bath.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Sherwood Cottage @ Royal-T Ranch

Relax at this unique getaway. Stay in the original farmhouse built in 1900. 1 bedroom 1 bath with full kitchen.This is not just a place to stay. It is a fully hands on animal experience that you will not forget. Great for the whole family. The grounds are beautiful and park like. Our Coastal Cottage #B is nestled in the art community of Sand City's Westend. It's a bustle of industry and art which quiets down to a peaceful still in the evening. The kitchen includes a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and an electric fry pan. There is no stove. We include a few snacks and coffee, dishes, glassware, silverware, bowls and cooking utensils.
