The kitchen area has a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. Enjoy the big veranda and listen to the birds and howler monkeys from your hammock or watch the starry sky at night.

Our in town mayan temple "Cahal Pech" is also a 30 minute walk from Elle's. Local Taxi services (green plates) are also easily accessible.

The Moroton area of San Ignacio is a mix between commercial and residential area. We are a very progressive bunch, and welcoming to everyone. We accept all guests. The home sits beside St. Andrews Anglican School and is an extremely safe area, excellent for a family or couple who wants to walk around town.

This Studio Apartment is in downtown San Ignacio located at #90 Burns Avenue. We are just 5 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the center of town and close to all the action yet sufficiently away to not have the noise affect your rest. Directly in front of us is the now famous Guava Limb restaurant. We are an excellent base for all your activities in and around the beautiful twin towns of San Ignacio/Santa Elena.
