It is nestled in the neighborhood of Bayside Acres which is a small enclave with its own beach, unique character, history, tranquility and stunning views of the Bay and Mt Tam. It is walking distance to the marina and Andy's Market. There is a shore bird-filled nature preserve that abuts the neighborhood . The guest suite is approximately 450 square feet and is tastefully appointed.
