Beside a pocket park on the edge of the Pacific ocean, this Suite offers 600 sq. ft patio and 234 sq. ft Suite but book Master Suite (1400 sq. ft total) if you need more space. Tide pools are about 100' away. Bluffs are too dangerous for kids but ok for surfboards. Two person spa, dining table, chaises await. Beach access from park, sandy beach one quarter mile away. En suite/king bed with Espresso and microwave, frig/freezer, electric fry pan & dishes. You can throw stones into ocean from here.

The Wood Pile Inn getaway

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This historic cabin built in 1920 was recently refurbished to its old charm with some modern upgrades for your comfort. The original owner of the Cabin was an author named Catherine Woods. She wrote the very first book on the history of Palomar Mountain; Teepee to Telescope. You'll find a copy in the cabin for a good read.Lots of natural light make this little cabin feel spacious, the windows throughout the cabin offer a beautiful forest view.

This vintage horse trailer was reimagined into a Tiny house by Lane and Laurie as a couples project in 2018 which they completely gutted and remodeled using beautiful natural materials like wood, old fashioned wood cabinetry, handmade ceramic tiles and woven bamboo. Bluebird Tiny House is tucked into a secluded forest meadow, named for the bluebirds that spend part of the year there and there are miles of private trails to enjoy. Our dome is a half-moon structure that features a king-size memory foam bed and an outdoor shower under a pepper tree, while the deck provides stunning views of the hilltop. We're located in a gated community close to all major attractions, and guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets, starry skies, ocean breeze, and bird watching (21 different kinds). The dome is 200 sqft with AC/heater, an outhouse (composting toilet), and outdoor showers, making it a perfect choice for glamping.
