This lovely California Beach House is in a fantastic spot! Light, airy and super quiet, it's only about a 8- minute walk to the beach and pier and to the heart of downtown-Del Mar street where you'll find charming shops, restaurants, outdoor cafés, farmer's markets & art fairs. This cozy beach cottage sleeps four and has a private deck in the front and outdoor living space out back where you can relax in either space by a fire. It is also DOG FRIENDLY (w/restrictions).

Garden Cottage at the Green is a perfect place designed especially for the enjoyment of its unique, award-winning gardens, proximity to the beach and fresh coastal breezes. This exclusive retreat offers complete seclusion and privacy while still offering intimate and warm hospitality. Dogs are allowed at an additional cost of $30/day /per pet which be paid on site. We don't accept cats. We can provide other services such as laundry for an additional cost.

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel. Our California classic one bedroom apartment has everything you need to feel right at home. Located in the heart of downtown San Clemente and a 15-minute walk to the beach, you can enjoy it all right out the front door. We are two blocks from Del Mar Avenue where you'll find amazing restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the free trolley on the weekends or hop on the train and take a trip along the coast. No car, no problem.

Remote A-Frame off-grid cabin with expansive ocean and mountain views. On a clear day, enjoy an expansive view of the Pacific Ocean. The A-Frame is located in a former avocado grove that is slowly being re-established with diverse permaculture. Everything is provided for cooking and eating, as well as a hot shower and composting toilet. The bed will be made for you with clean bedding.
