The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

We would like to thank all our wonderful guests over the past 10 years but as we will be moving home the Post Office Cottage will not be available after the end of October. 2026 located on the Bere peninsular yards from theTavy river. An area of outstanding natural beauty. Ideal base for a relaxing break or to explore West Devon, and Dartmoor. The Cottage provides high quality accommodation in a beautiful , rural location. Waterfront Boathouse - Drift Cottage

An Old boathouse right on the waterfront with ever changing views and sunsets. Turnchapel is a beautiful village with two superb pubs and a café. There is a decked terrace, two large balconies and a private garden leading to a floating pontoon and secluded pebble beach all exclusively for guests. Very cosy with an open fire from an old ship and the house is full of antiques. Plenty of beaches, walks, ferries and activities nearby. Open fire Dogs welcome. Monday and Friday check ins.
