Spacious Casita, Quiet, Peaceful Home - No Stairs!

Cozy Casita in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. California King bed sleeps two comfortably. 50 inch TV has cable, Netflix, DVD player with assortment of movies. Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

Historic University Heights neighborhood is the location of this unique guesthouse adjacent to the host's home with it's own separate entry patio & parking. While connected to the main residence, (Casita is not accessible to main house for guests) the casita has it own private entrance on the opposite side.
