Bright and cozy garden cottage

Sunny, clean, cozy garden cottage with private entrance in the backyard of my home, with a garden view and its own small patio. The space is small, 300 sq. ft. (microstudio), but very efficient. The studio has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc., so you can cook meals. It has a mini fridge, electric teakettle, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, and single electric stove burner.

Included for usage is a hot tub, shared with a basement airbnb in our home. It's hard to believe the shed was full of tools and junk not long ago. No stress the remodeling is done and ready for your stay. The home is located 20 min from Big Cottonwood Canyon, 25 min from downtown, and a block from Walmart and the hospital.

It has it’s own heating, washer/dryer, bathroom with a small Japanese soak tub, a sturdy sofa bed, and a small loft area. Great authentic and fairly priced restaurants in the area, please ask.

Cottage at 15th and 15th

This 1913 cottage is in a large backyard behind the main house. It is a nice place to stay if you are visiting family in the area, but want your own space. The cottage in a very quiet neighborhood with cafes and a book shop right around the corner. It is also a mile from Sugarhouse Park and the Sugarhouse business district. We are 4 miles from downtown and 30 - 50 miles to the mountains and 9 nine different ski resorts. It is about 5 minutes to the freeway depending on traffic.

This is a detached guest house! Private access, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 queen bed and sofa pull out. Close to little cottonwood canyon and public transport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, family/kids! I live in the house next door, and I'm a great area guide! I can show you around town, the mountains and give you all the good details about making your ski trip a memorable one!- or complete privacy if that’s what you prefer.
