It is complete with fire pit, patio, walk to fishing bridge & 5 min drive to boat docks!

It is located on the Little Salmon River just south of Riggins (Whitewater Capital of Idaho). Minutes from Crouch, Terrace Lakes Golf Course and hot springs pool, outdoor theatre, eateries, hiking & biking trails and the Payette River. It's a prefect place to unwind, relax and spend time outdoors, now with a TV in the living room! As of mid June 2026: Due to the extra dry winter and high fire risk we are discouraging any fires in the outdoor fire pit.
